Account Help
Having trouble signing in, updating your profile, seeing your avatar, or accessing your account?
- Make sure you are using the same email/login method you used when creating the account.
- Refresh the page after logging in if profile tools do not appear right away.
- If your profile photo does not update, try clearing your browser cache or uploading the image again.
Grow Project Help
If a grow project is not loading, make sure the project link includes a valid project ID.
Project pages usually need a URL like:
projects.html?id=PROJECT_ID
- If the page says “Loading grow log...” for too long, refresh and check your connection.
- If a project is missing, it may have been deleted, private, or saved under another account.
- If your project details look wrong, edit the project and save again.
Photo Upload Help
Bongily supports grow photos for projects, plants, and journal updates. If photos are not showing correctly:
- Use common image formats like JPG, JPEG, PNG, or WebP.
- Try a smaller file if the upload fails.
- Wait for the upload to finish before leaving the page.
- Refresh the project page if a newly uploaded photo does not appear immediately.
Grow Journal Help
Grow journal entries help you track grow days, phases, feeding, watering, training, issues, and harvest notes.
- Use the Day field to keep entries organized.
- Add photos to make each update easier to follow.
- Assign photos to a plant when possible so they appear in the right plant view.
- If the day picker does not show, make sure your journal entries include day numbers.
Dashboard Help
The project dashboard helps organize Overview, Plants, Gallery, Logs, Grower info, and Comments.
- Use the Plants tab to select a specific plant.
- Use the Gallery tab to view project and plant photos.
- Use Logs for issues, observations, feeding, and watering details.
- On mobile, use the expand/compact controls to adjust the dashboard size.
Comments, Likes, and Community
Bongily includes community tools so growers can interact with projects and each other.
- You may need to be signed in to comment, like, or follow.
- Be respectful and keep feedback helpful.
- Report or contact support if you see spam, harassment, or unsafe behavior.
Browser Troubleshooting
If something looks broken, try these quick fixes first:
- Refresh the page.
- Sign out and sign back in.
- Clear your browser cache.
- Try a different browser.
- Disable browser extensions that block scripts or media.
- Make sure JavaScript is enabled.
